We process the personal data you provide for the following purposes:

• Reservation and order management: processing and managing table reservations and orders placed.
• Customer service: responding to queries, complaints and requests for information.
• Commercial communications: only if you have given your express consent, we will send you information about VABOWL news, promotions and events.
• Compliance with legal obligations.

The legal basis for processing your data is:

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to manage reservations and orders.
• Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): for sending commercial communications.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): for compliance with tax and legal obligations.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): for website security and improvement.

• Contact data: email address, phone number.
• Transaction data: reservation and order history.

We do not process special categories of data (health data, ethnic origin, etc.).
